Frawley Stadium hosts top senior players in Blue-Gold Baseball event


The 46th annual Delaware Blue-Gold High School All-Star Baseball Game will take place on Wednesday at Frawley Stadium. This game recognizes outstanding senior players in the state and raises money to support Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Delaware. Sanford’s Brady Fox and Sussex Tech’s Jeremy Vest, co-players of the year, will showcase their skills in this competitive match-up. With multiple All-State players in each lineup, the game promises to be exciting and entertaining for spectators.

The Blue Team, coached by Kyle Hitchens, and the Gold Team, coached by G L Ferguson, are set to battle it out at 6pm. This event is not just about baseball, but about supporting a great cause as the Delaware Baseball Coaches Association will make a donation to Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Delaware.

The rosters for the two teams are filled with talented players from various high schools across the state. All-State players will be on display, showcasing their skills while also coming together to support a charitable cause. Fans can watch the game either in person at Frawley Stadium or through a live stream.
