Even critical celebrity endorsements have been withdrawn, with George Clooney urging Biden to surrender his nomination in a recent op-ed in the New York Times. Despite these calls, Biden is still expected to be named as the Democratic nominee at the upcoming Democratic National Convention, unless he decides to step aside.
Possible candidates to replace Biden include Vice President Kamala Harris, Governor Gretchen Whitmer of Michigan, Governor Josh Shapiro of Pennsylvania, Governor Gavin Newsom of California, Governor J.B.
