The Big Walnut Board of Education recently held several meetings to discuss various topics and recognize outstanding achievements within the district. In April, the boys bowling team and basketball players were honored. In June, the district’s Future Farmers of America branch received recognition for its accomplishments in various categories. The board also voted on various matters, such as the purchase of Reveal Math through McGraw-Hill.
Meetings in July and August focused on the upcoming and closing school years, including discussions on student wellness, behavioral health services, and property matters. The Board consists of President Stephen Fujii, Vice President Angela Graziosi, Doug Crowl, Zach Duffey, and Alice Nicks.
Moving forward, regular meetings are scheduled for the rest of the year, providing the community with an opportunity to stay informed and engaged with the district’s activities.
