He has outlined his positions on gun control, LGBTQ rights, property taxes, and religion in schools on his website.
Beth Lear, who is in her first term in the Ohio House of Representatives, is a military veteran who has a background in government affairs, education policy analysis, and legislative aide. She is running on a platform focused on defending American values and protecting the rights of families and individuals. Lear has co-sponsored several house bills, including the Never Alone Act, Braden’s Law, and the Protect All Students Act.
Both candidates have active social media presences and websites where voters can learn more about their platforms and campaign messages. With Election Day approaching, voters in the 61st District have the opportunity to choose the candidate they believe will best represent their interests and values in the Ohio House of Representatives.
