Abington Heights upset Delaware Valley 20-14 at ‘The Pit’ to win the District 2 5A Title, ending Delaware Valley’s streak of eight consecutive titles in the 6A and 5A classes. Shawn Theodore stepped in as quarterback in the second half for Abington Heights, leading the offense to victory. Cayd Sespico shined on defense, making critical stops on third and fourth down to secure the win with 1:50 left on the clock.
