High School on SI has released the latest version of its Delaware high school football computer rankings for the 2024 season. The rankings were determined using a linear algebra-based algorithm inspired by the Colley Bias-Free Ranking Method created by astrophysicist Wes Colley to address subjectivity in college football selections.
These rankings run parallel to SBLive’s human power rankings, with the top 25 teams released early each week. The latest rankings as of September 30, 2024, reveal the top teams in each classification for both UIL and TAPPS.
In Class 3A, Class 2A, and Class 1A, teams have been ranked based on their performance in the season so far. The rankings provide a snapshot of the competitive landscape of high school football in Delaware and give fans an insight into which teams are leading the pack.
As the season progresses, these rankings will continue to be updated weekly to reflect the latest results and standings. High school football fans can stay up to date with the rankings to see how their favorite teams are faring and which schools are emerging as top contenders in each classification.
