A 66-year-old man from Camden-Wyoming was killed in a single-car crash in Kent County, Delaware on Saturday, Feb. 8. The crash occurred just before 1:30 a.m. when the man’s blue 2018 Chevrolet Silverado veered off the road, struck a utility box, and crashed into a tree. The driver was taken to the hospital where he later died. His name is being withheld pending notification of his family. Westville Road was closed for two and a half hours while authorities investigated the scene. The Delaware State Police Troop 3 Collision Reconstruction Unit is leading the investigation and is seeking witnesses or additional information regarding the crash.
