The 2025 DIAA Delaware High School Wrestling State Championships are set to kick off on February 28 at Cape Henlopen High School in Lewes, DE. Last year’s championships saw 14 champions spanning weight classes from 106 to 285, with Lake Forest, Sussex Central, St. Mark’s, and Delaware Military Academy being the only schools with multiple champions. Reigning 120-pound champion Malachi Stratton from Sussex Central is currently ranked No. 10 in the 113-pound weight class. Austin Guerrieri will be the only champion from last year representing the tournament hosts, while Tye Bellarin returns after becoming Red Lion Christian Academy’s first-ever state champion. Other defending champions include Eddie Radecki, Jacob Ebaugh, Hayden Moaney, James Miller, and Cael DeNigris. The schedule for the finals includes Round 1 Preliminaries at 4:00 p.m., Round 2 Quarterfinals at approximately 7:00 p.m., and Round 2 First Round Consolation at around 8:00 p.m. The event will be streamed live on FloWrestling, with archived footage available for subscribers.
