New faces at Delaware City Schools include Julie Stewart as the principal of Carlisle Elementary and Jake Shafer as the assistant principal at Hayes High School. Both administrators expressed eagerness to meet students and become part of the school community.
The Delaware Hayes High School cheerleaders performed at the Convocation Ceremony, adding to the excitement of the new school year.
