Delaware residents have begun participating in early voting for the upcoming primary election, with sites open from 11am to 7pm daily Wednesday through Saturday. In Kent County, voters have 4 early voting locations to choose from, while Sussex County offers 8 sites and New Castle County provides 6 options. The Delaware Supreme Court recently reinstated early voting and permanent absentee voting in June, overturning a previous lower court decision. The court ruled that the plaintiffs in the case did not have standing to bring the challenge forward.
